PartnerLinks is creator-led referral infrastructure for commerce brands. It helps brands create referral links, onboard creators, track attributed activity, account for creator commissions, and operate creator participation with clearer attribution and operational controls.

Creator referral links route through PartnerLinks first so the system can record a referral click and preserve attribution details before sending the shopper to the brand or Shopify product path. This helps PartnerLinks resolve which creator was associated with a later purchase.

Brands connect their Shopify store, configure creator commission settings, and share onboarding links with creators. Brand setup and dashboard access are scoped to the signed-in owner or admin for that brand.

Creators can join through a brand or creator invite flow and sign in with Google. After onboarding, creators receive a creator code and can access a dashboard for links, referral activity, and earnings states.

Displayed earnings are operational accounting states, not guaranteed payouts. Claimable or payable status may depend on attribution validation, refunds, merchant review, settlement or funding status, fraud checks, platform requirements, and payout eligibility controls.

Pending earnings are not the same as claimable earnings. Pending means the system has recorded an accounting or attribution state that may still require review, reconciliation, settlement, refund checks, or other operational safeguards before it can become claimable.

PartnerLinks uses referral links, attribution identifiers, Shopify/cart/order metadata where available, and operational reconciliation safeguards to connect referral activity to commerce events. The goal is deterministic attribution where possible, with safer handling when attribution is unclear.

PartnerLinks connects to Shopify through the brand setup flow and uses the store's canonical .myshopify.com domain. Some Shopify order or refund workflows may require protected customer data access or platform approval before production webhook ingestion is fully available.

Brands & Creators can invite other creators into participating brand programs where applicable.

PartnerLinks is designed with creator and community workflows in mind. Discord and community-native onboarding can be part of the broader PartnerLinks operating model, but public support should rely only on currently available product flows and approved onboarding paths.

PartnerLinks uses a minimum-necessary-data approach. Operational data is used for attribution, commission accounting, refund reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and platform integrity. PartnerLinks does not sell customer personal information.
